What the day looks like

We confirm
You get a confirmation with the window and the address we're coming to. If anything looks wrong, reply and we'll fix it.

We arrive loaded
Own water, own power, own chemistry. Nothing needed from your house. Leave the car where it sits and hand over the keys.

We flag anything extra
If the car needs more time than the service covers, you hear it before we start and you decide. Never a surprise at the end.

You inspect, then pay
We walk the car with you. Payment comes after you're happy with it — that order is deliberate.
Before we arrive
What we need from you
Short list. Most people have all of it already.
- The keys, and a way to reach you by phone
- Room to walk all the way around the car
- Personal items out of the interior, if you'd rather we didn't handle them
- A heads-up about pet hair, smoke or anything unusual — it changes how we plan the time
You do not need to provide water, electricity, a hose, a garage, or to be home the whole time.
Cancelling
Free with 24 hours' notice. Inside that window a cancellation may be $50 and a reschedule $25 — tell us as early as you can and we'll almost always just move you.
Rain
Our problem, not yours. Unsafe or unsuitable weather means we reschedule at no charge, and we'll tell you before the appointment rather than after.
Same-day
Possible when the route allows. $50 rush fee. Call for this one — the online scheduler won't show you same-day availability.
